This album is a foray into meditative, zen music. The summer is in full swing yet I feel in need of more introspection and self-discovery. Hence the sounds of far, far east reverberating throughout my new album: The Best of Meditation Music.

I find the soft chimes and steady tempo relaxing, my thoughts are clearer and my mind feels lighter in the presence of such music. The compilation helped me grow, discover new instruments, their sounds and their effects. The new album is a very through compilation. 50 Tracks of Tranquility vol. 2

The new album of Tranquility Spa Universe is very soft and slow going. The instrumental sounds come steadily and rhythmically. It starts with the sounds of waves gently brushing the soft shore, no ridges to break on and no huge waves to fear in their momentum. Then it delicately unwinds to subtle piano notes and every individual key is easily distinguished, their sounds very clear and easy on the ear.

’Tranquility’ offers a repose and a space to regain equilibrium. It invites you to step back and let the flow swim by. Step off the main stream and rest a little. Breath deeply to energize your body. Let the air fill you whole, down to the tiniest cell. Exhale the tension to clear your head. Put a soft smile on. Now you are ready to step back in, to the life you left there for a minute. Open your new eyes and live your life, but slower than before. Experience everything more full and more deep. You only live once. This day will not be repeated and this exact moment can never be regained. Regret nothing.

For those of you, whose sleep is troubled and uneasy, enjoy these sounds before getting to bed. Let them engulf you while you’re still in your daily activities.
